You are free to use ESBUnitConv as you see fit provided ESB Consultancy's Copyright is maintained. An Email or Postcard saying that you are using ESBUnitConv would be nice, though not obligatory.

You are, however, specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any copies of this program as it stands; if you wish to include it on a CD that is sold at a reasonable price please notify us of your intent by email - we normally are happy to grant permission.

ESB Consultancy makes no guarantees regarding the capabilities nor the "Safeness" of this product. It is free after all, so you take all the risks :-)

ESB Consultancy makes no promise of support for this product, however we are happy to receive Email comments and we do take all feedback seriously.

Note: ESBUnitConv Pro is the commercial version of ESBUnitConv and falls under a different license. ESBUnitConv is Freeware whereas ESBUnitConv Pro is not.
